Considering Effective Designs In Modern Architecture
Architecture has evolved over the years, and demand for high architectural standards have increased. Architecture has evolved enough to be able take care of special needs, such as people with mobility issues. In cases such as this, structures are generally designed to be more spacious to allow easy flow of traffic for them. There is more space and visibility through a space is increased consequentially so items and place could be easily located and less time would be spent moving, since mobility is an issue. Aesthetics are also available, but in a specially planned manner, intended at avoiding cluster and hindrances to movement. The impact of the aesthetics would bring improvements in the present conditions in response to the built and natural environment.
When addressing the congested traffic conditions, aesthetic impact concept requires creation of alternative ways to supplement the available means of traffic (Brent, 2014). In this way, traffic congestion is reduced. The development of alternative ways of traffic will reduce consequentially reduce time taken to commute and provide social services at key points that include pollution reduction and flood control measures.
Due to mobility there will be interdependencies as an effect on overall space planning. Mobility makes use of available space through utilization of free capacities. There is mobility space connection that comes with big challenges like massive amount of space on demand. For example, when taking into consideration the mobility space connection of powered cars there would be large amount of space demanded by these cares that takes; the space to park in and space to drive in even if the cars are not using it (Brent, 2014).
Mobility space connection also allows improvements that were not previously incorporated in the past. The more recent ones have done exercises that bring continuous improvement to both aesthetics and traffic flow. For example, back in the 1960s, big cities led by London understood their mobility space connection and so did the citizens (Brent, 2014). They didn’t include cycling in traffic but more recent years do.
