Transparency in business happens when the communication between the employer and the employees is open. Organizations with transparency share information like management, have mutual accountability and communicate openly create a collaborative work environment (Cheeseman and Garvey 31). When the effective communication is in unison, new ideas would be created and it would later breed the ground for success. Transparency helps to build trust among the communicators because a high level of confidentiality must be communicated in any necessary information.

The most important benefit is that the morale, satisfaction, and engagement of workers are improved. Employees will get to understand and master the terms and conditions of the business; this makes them develop commitment and loyalty. When there are motivation and commitment, the processes, and procedures in the business are improved thus lowering the production costs (Norman et al., 355).

Transparent business communication is accompanied by the use of individual raw materials. These raw materials are creative ideas from one owns conscious and expertise (Cheeseman and Garvey 23). When there is no communication, people will lack creativity and expertise. It is the intention of businesses to pull people together through transparent communication. Through consistent communication, new ideas are created that will aim towards a common goal of the business.
