The organization earns clients’ trust if the latters are sure their personal information is secure. Equifax breach caused its customers to lose faith in the company, which undermined the expected output. Company’s security measures are crucial in ensuring data security and its smooth functioning. For a security action to be effective the experts should identify all its possible gaps and loopholes in the early stages of design and architecture, thus preventing the vulnerabilities of attack (Kumar and Kumar 328). Moreover, the organization is to perform regular audits and logs to the system to ensure it is safe. Advancement of technology provides a system that can manage to detect an attack, prevent it, and recover from the damage caused. Therefore, Equifax requires investing in security measures to curb further attacks, hence promoting data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
