Nurses, physician, and other healthcare providers have an ethical and legal obligation of reporting the benefits, risks as well as other alternative treatment methods to ensure better treatment to the patients. However, moral sensitivity affects different working backgrounds and cultural conditions that require a comprehensive approach obtained by naturalistic means (Martinez, & Wueste, 2016). We have a great opportunity in contributing positively to the ways of improving the health of the old population hence having a high impact on the public health. From this video, it is clear that there is racism among the nation. For instance, the movie shows how the United States citizens discriminate the black people and the Indians because of their color. However, they treat themselves as superior individuals in the nation. People become racist because of their altitude as well as growing in an environment where people think they are superior (A Class Divided 2017). This discrimination occurs since they are regarded as poor since they are not experienced. However, all people regardless of their color are equal, and everyone should treat each other as brothers and sisters.
