After viewing the videos, the first concept learned is how to use Microsoft Excel in organizing client sales, conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and making plans for business decisions (Cornett et al., 2016, p. 119). The second concept is about primary buttons employed in financial calculators which include, the ‘N’ Button for number of payments, button ‘I’ for interest, ‘PMT’ button for payment, ‘PV’ button for the amount of loan or present amount, and finally ‘FV’ button for the future value. The last concept is about the four facets of finance which include academic finance, careers in finance, personal finance, and business finance (Cornett et al., 2016, p. 339). Microsoft Excel can help managers to put their budget in perspective and enabling managers to visualize inflow and outflow of their income. It also enables managers to represent information through charts, tables, and timelines for easy interpretation of information. On the other side, financial calculators help Managers to control, manage and plan their finances.
