Health Behavior and Health Education
In part three of the book 'Health habits and health education,' Chapter 12 is a description of what has been addressed in the chapters. I like it because it offers a concise view of chapters eight, nine, eleven, and twelve that speak about interpersonal wellbeing role models. The theory outlined in chapter 12 is the theory of Social Cognitive, which is defined as the theory of ability and competence management and cognitive-behavioral function. The chapter further summarizes social cognitive theory's various analytical structures. Instances where the process was happening in my own life There are many times that I have experienced process in my life. One instance where I experienced process was when there was a discussion in class about pets and it made me think about our dog, how we acquired it, and for how long it had been with us. Another instance is when the teacher was teaching sums and I started thinking about how the mathematics field is important, how there are many job opportunities in the field, and how it is the most feared subject.
How to plan and develop a community-based program
A community-based program is a program that is organized to establish and maintain relationships at the community level (Theodori and Gene). Its other aim is to strengthen communication and cooperation in the different interest groups. To develop a community-based program, there is a process to be followed. You need to initiate people into your program, organize sponsorship for your program, set the program’s goals, strategies and visions, recruit people into your program, and implement the program.
How to implement a community-based program that you had planned
When one has successfully planned a community-based program, they move to the last stage which is implementation. This is where the community-based program is put to use in order to build, strengthen, and maintain the community. In this stage, the committees that are involved in working towards the success of the program take charge (Theodori and Gene). They execute their strategies and utilize the necessary materials in order to execute specific programs and projects so as to accomplish the goals they had discussed for the program.
