Electricity power is a significant component in the healthcare set up of any health care system; its disruption poses a lot of threat to the healthcare operation. Lastly, I will make sure that the hospital only admits a particular number of patients on operational power machines to eradicate competition for limited power during power loss (In Perley, 2016).
The ethical implications of this are that the hospital will adhere to adequate care code of administration by ensuring consideration than contextual service. In addition to this, the workforce provision in this would depict the healthcare competence in providing quality and efficiency. However, the financial implications of this plan seem to be overwhelming (Burton, 2014). Due to the need to increase equipment, emergency power supply and work force in specific skilled areas imply that there will be budget straining. In that sense, therefore, hospital charges might shoot up to compensate for the increased expenses.
