I've faced a number of challenges that have required me to strike a balance between important aspects of my life, such as my family, my job, and some of my childhood interests. I am a husband with a lovely wife and two children, and I consider myself a family man because I am concerned about my family's well-being. As a result, I must always set aside time to spend with my family so that I can spend quality time with them. My children are a wonderful bunch, as they are a couple of jovial and amusing youngsters. I need to provide for my family, thus the need to work hard to ensure that my wife and children are living well and utilizing resources in the process. My workplace requires that an individual report for work before 8:00 am, which makes me wake up at 5:30 am to have adequate time to prepare and also to make sure that I am on time. Additionally, I have two dogs that are in need of my attention before I leave the house. Despite having a housekeeper, I take pride in ensuring that my dogs are given the best care as I enjoy having them around the house, and so do the kids. Also, before I leave, I make sure that breakfast is available for the family so that they can have a meal to kick start their day with. Before 6:00 am approaches, I have to be on my way.
I love my job and enjoy getting into work each morning, meeting the demanding schedules and tasks that come with it. With many things in common, we have a lot to talk about. House duties and taking care of the dogs is shared among my wife and kids who are always there to help whenever I am unable to, which gives me time to focus on my job and improve my performance in the workplace.
