Randy Pausch, the Carnegie Mellon software engineering professor with a terminal tumor whose "Last Lecture" became a YouTube sensation at the end of 2007, died on a chilly Friday. It seems to be the simplest thing but so powerful because it enhances friendship and good relationships.
On marriage, advice on men is outlined. Before his death, his advice to the daughter to consider happiness before getting intimate with men was enough to prepare her for future marriage. It remained her daughter’s choice either to follow her dad’s guidance or not. He continues saying, female counterparts are supposed to ignore all that men say to them, but focus on what they do. That will help them make wise decisions when it comes to romantic issues.
Most importantly, People are advised to be less considerate on complaining about their problems. If the energy and time employed in complaining were invested in solving the same problems, all would be working out automatically. It is not a strategy to complain, but focusing on helpful goals will make one happier than before. Always people are supposed to think on the negative side of any given situation. Despite all beings having an optimistic mind, we often give evaluation based on the worst case of any given scenario. Having a plan helps to enhance hope when hell breaks loose. Self-esteem to kids is not given, but it is supposed to be built in them. (Grahams). Teaching kids on how to develop it by giving them what they cannot do are encouraged. Working hard and accomplishing one's aims becomes essential. Permitting yourself to aim high offers a platform of motivation to a person’s life.
