The Hokusai Minnie (version III) Pop Art of Haworth in 2012
Paragraph 1:
Ever heard of the pop art? Well, Haworth’s 2012 Hokusai Minnie (Version III) was fashioned to portray the pop art. There is no significant difference between the art and the great wave art. In fact, the seeming difference is the lively paintings and dot art. The Hokusai Minnie (version III) was made to portray the waves that caused the crash down of boats. Below the paintings, water is pictured. Waves can only occur in a water body. The whole art can signify a water body where a boat was used as a means of transportation. The boats which can be assumed to have been moving in the water crashed at one point due to the storm in the water body. The boats are said to be slim meaning that they could not be resistant to the strong waves in the sea. The gray and black part can represent the mainland part of that area.
Paragraph 2:
In analysis, the painting may present a time when Haworth was faced with some challenges. The waves represent the challenges she may have faced during her lifetime. The challenges should have strong such that they made her life miserable. This describes the crashing of the slim boats. The main land shows that there was hope after the challenges were over. Haworth used red and white among other colors. Red means love and white means peace. Although the art may represent that she was faced with challenges, there are still people who showed her love which attributed to peace in her life. The water body as a whole can feature the world Haworth lived in, meaning that it was full of ups and downs and still hope for the people who lived in it like Haworth.
