Relying on the evidence-based practices, the recommendations that could counter the identified issues is to focus on enhancing communication abilities among the doctors, hiring more health professionals to match the high number of patients, as well as increasing the duration spent with the patient to improve quality input as opposed to quantity through put. Above all, it is recommended that doctors value clinical quality while observing the regulatory systems and standards (In Zlotnik, 2014).
