therapy
There are various therapies that have been used for many decades. These methods vary in their effectiveness and fit various persons. Furthermore, therapy can take many forms, such as mindfulness-based cognitive, behavioral, or psychodynamic therapies, or it can take a mixed form; nonetheless, during every session, the patient and the mental health professional's relationship is cared for.
There are various therapies that can help to refresh the mind, rejuvenate the body, and revive the soul. These therapies include body and mind psychotherapy, reparative therapy, and interpersonal therapy (Jawer, et al. 2011). Most of these therapies assist a person in focusing on their feelings and ideas without being overwhelmed. Most are used to treat depression, anxiety, addiction, and stress.
One of the alternative therapies that best aligns individuals to the Christian worldview is the cognitive behavioral therapy because it aims to help people to think positive in life and freeing yourself to those unhelpful patterns of behaviors (Pearce, 2016). The therapy is more sync about the biblical principles. For example, the biblical verse in 2Corinthians 10: 5 ""God instructs us to guard our thoughts."" Thus, cognitive-behavioral therapy brings about Christianity version of thoughts. The fact is that it therapy helps Christians to be able to seek the thoughts on captive in their self-control aspects.
Finally, the therapy, which aligns best to personal worldview, is the interpersonal therapy, which is focused on helping to treat individual's depressions and be able to address and identify the issues concerning relations with partners, families, and friends (Klerman, 2004). In addition, it can also help in personal problems like panic attacks and therefore, bring about a positive outcome to an individual soon after the therapy is done.
