What would the environmental impact be if we were all to adopt a vegan lifestyle?
There are many reasons why people are becoming vegetarians, including for reducing animal cruelty, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and sustainability. The world's population is projected to change its vegan lifestyle in terms of land use. Both people are expected to engage in the production of food land. This could lead to environmental damage as the land where grazing animals are important in the supply of manure would be used in a balanced way. The changes to cultivation is likely to lead to soil degradation because the need to produce enough food for for everyone (Anderson, 2014).
This practice must be managed and in so doing, there are a number of strategies that must be taken into consideration. One is to examine the eating habits because just like other addictions, determining and accepting the existence of a problem is always the first step in managing addiction. The second strategy would be to identify the time and the reasons for consuming fast food. In this way, it is possible to evaluate the lifestyle trends that influence an individual’s choice of eating and seek to change them. It is also important to eliminate fast food from the place of work or the house. This is because in the absence of fast food, one would not be tempted to consume it.

The allergies may not go away because they are as a result of different foods components such as proteins and not those from animals. This practice must be managed and in so doing, there are a number of strategies that must be taken into consideration. This is because in the absence of fast food, one would not be tempted to consume it. Seeking support from close relations and friends is another strategy. This could make a major difference. In the event that an individual is unable to make healthy choices on his own, perhaps external support could be valuable. The last strategy would be to embrace healthy alternatives. In this regard, as opposed to keeping away from fast foods, one should resort to healthy alternatives so as to meet their craving (Conversation This Week, 2016).
3. Would it be possible to build muscle, gain weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle as a vegan? (I am vegan and would therefore like the article to be pro veganism)
Deficiencies or lack of micronutrients could have adverse effects on the referee. It is however important to note that individuals who are unable to manage their eating are not necessarily food addicts. It is only that the foods they consume are addictive. In the event that these individuals turn to a diet of vegetable, legumes or vegetables with products like eggs, they will certainly have a decline in their cravings. It is human nature to have the energy foods so as to remain alive during food scarcity. This means that nature presented pleasure regions within the brain, which could triggers feelings of excitement upon consumption of high energy foods in little quantities.
